Open Arms hosting Easter service in Bradford, Port Allegany

Open Arms Church will host its Easter service Sunday at its Bradford and Port Allegany locations.

The service, a continuation of its “Wonder” series, will be held at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. at 1289 E. Main St., Foster Township, and 105 Smith Ave., Port Allegany.

“In a time where so many have lost hope, we don’t know where to turn,” said Lead Pastor Zoe Hatcher. “If we look to the media, to our circumstances, or to our own strength, it often leads us down the road of despair. But we have a victorious hope in Jesus through the power of His Resurrection. We invite you to come and learn more about this hope you can take hold of in your life and to share with others.”

The Easter service will include children’s activities at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. in Bradford and 11 a.m. in Port Allegany.

Bus transportation will be available to bring people to the 11 a.m. Bradford service. The stops and times are at Barbour St. near the public housing across from the Veterans of Foreign Wars at 10:30 a.m.; Marilyn Horne Hall across from Veterans Square, 10:35 a.m.; TOPS Friendly Markets’ entrance, Main St., 10:40 a.m.; and Togis, East Main St., 10:45 a.m.
